Can I return or exchange my order?
Our garments are 'Made to Order' and we do not offer returns or exchanges. Please check your size requirements before placing an order.
What if my garment needs alterations?
We are happy to assist with alterations. Contact us at divaspopup.social@gmail.com or Call/WhatsApp at +91-9818966199. Courier charges for alterations will be borne by the customer.
Are alteration services available for international orders?
Yes, but return shipping for alterations must be paid by the customer. We strive to ensure no alterations are needed.
Do you offer refunds?
- We do not offer refunds on any items purchased from our website.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it. Cancellations beyond 24 hours will be at our discretion.
What happens if my order is cancelled?
A cancelled order will result in a credit to your account. Note that a fee of 1.9% for domestic transfers and 2.9% for international transfers will be charged to the respective payment gateway.
How does the delivery process work?
Our products are usually "Made to Measure." If your size is available, it ships within a week after quality checks. Otherwise, production takes 10-12 working days, extending to 15-18 days for detailed embroidery.

We ship to over 18,000 PIN codes in India and internationally to countries like the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, UAE, South Africa, Sri Lanka, and Nepal.
How can I track my order?
After dispatch, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and courier details. Track your package 24 hours post-dispatch on the courier's website.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Orders are usually dispatched within 12-15 working days. Delivery within India takes 1-7 days, while international delivery times vary.
What if I miss my delivery?
If you miss the delivery, you may be charged for return and re-shipping costs, which must be paid before re-shipping.
Why is my order shipped in multiple shipments?
Different parts of your order may be shipped at different times as they become ready. International orders are usually shipped as one complete shipment.
Are there shipping charges?
Currently, there are no shipping charges within India. International shipping charges vary by region; contact us for details.
Do I have to pay customs duty for international orders?
Yes, international orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). You are responsible for all import duties and taxes levied by your country.
Is Cash On Delivery (COD) available?
COD is available only within Delhi. It is not available for international orders.
