Returns & Exchange

Our garments are mostly on a 'Made to Order' basis, specially made for you. DIVAS POPUP shall make all endeavors to deliver defect-free products to its customers. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any Exchanges or Returns. Please check for your size requirements before you place an order. Get in touch with us if you need help with the size charts or have any specific requests.

However, in the event of alterations, we will be happy to assist you. Please get in touch with us at divaspopup.social@gmail.com or Call/WhatsApp us at +91- 9818966199 to discuss any alteration. Please note that courier charges will be applicable for the same and will be borne by the customer.

In case of any alterations in the garments shipped internationally, the return shipping would be borne by the customer. However, we take extra care to ensure no alteration would be required. If we need any extra clarification during the production process, we will get in touch with you.

REFUNDS

We do not offer any Refunds on any item purchased from our website

ORDER CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMERS

An end user may cancel an order within 4 hours after placing it. No cancellations beyond 24 hours will be entertained barring extenuating circumstances (i.e. National Holiday). Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of DIVASPOPUP. A cancelled order will result in a credit to the user's credit card/account.

Please note: An amount of 1.9% will be charged from the total amount in case of domestic transfers and 2.9% in international transfers to the respective payment gateway.
