How does the delivery process work?
Most of our products are "Made to Measure" – so we will start production once we receive a confirmed order.
But, if we have your size ready with us, it will be shipped within a week after the necessary quality checks.
If it needs to be made afresh, we will initiate production, subject to fabric availability. In any case, we take about 10–12 working days to be ready with the final product. This can get enhanced a bit further ( to around 15–18 working days ) depending on the level of embroidery/handwork.
Once the final product is ready at the production house, it goes through 3 levels of quality Checks. This is done by the concerned Master Ji, the Production Manager, & finally by the Designer.
Once the final round of quality checks is done, the order is packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner who will bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. They will coordinate with you in case of any difficulty in finding the address.
What locations does DIVAS POPUP ship its products to?
DIVAS POPUP ships to 18000+ PIN codes throughout India. This very well covers 97% of the accessible terrain in the country.
We also ship to International Destinations including but not limited to USA, UK, Australia, Canada, UAE, South Africa, Sri Lanka, and Nepal.

My order has been shipped. How may I track it?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our production facility. Following are some of our trusted courier partners:

What is the estimated delivery time?
We usually dispatch most orders within 12-15 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Orders to be delivered within India can take anywhere from 1 to 7 days. If any public holiday/festival falls during the transit time, then the delivery can be impacted to that extent.
In the case of international orders, delivery time varies and we would be able to give guidance on the delivery timeframe once the destination is known.
What if I miss taking delivery of the Order?
If you fail to take the delivery of the product for whatsoever reason, DIVASPOPUP may at its discretion charge you for the 'return to sender' cost along with the additional re-shipping cost. This charge will have to be paid before the package is re-shipped to you.
My order will be shipped in multiple shipments? What does this mean?
This just means that different parts of your order may have been shipped at different times as and when the production is done. This will be communicated to you individually. You will only have to pay the COD charge if applicable, on the first package you receive. International orders, in most instances, will be shipped in their entirety as one shipment.
Are there any shipping charges applicable to my order?
We are currently not levying any shipping charges for delivery within India! This may change without notice and will be updated in our policies accordingly. For International shipping charges – We ship products throughout the world, however, shipping charges vary by region. Do I have to pay the Customs Duty Charges (for International Orders)?
For Indian customers:
Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes(GST) and duties.
In the case of international deliveries, we ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. Custom Duty Charges are to be borne by you since whenever a package crosses an international border, it is subject to these charges by the importing country's rules and regulations. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Please note that these charges do not come to DIVAS POPUP.

Can I order products using COD (Cash On Delivery) as a payment option?
Yes, COD at the moment is available only within Delhi.
Is COD available for International Orders?

What if the product gets damaged in transit?
DIVAS POPUP is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please click pictures and contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
PAYMENTS
All payments made against the purchases on 'divaspopupoffical.com' by you shall be as against the MRP displayed on the website and shall be under the terms and conditions of the Third Party Online Payment Gateway Services as adopted and applicable to your transaction. Before shipping your order to you, we may request you to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. issued ID and Address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase. This is done to ensure a safe and fool-proof online shopping environment for our users.
DIVAS POPUP may employ Razor Pay, Paisa Pay, PayPal, and/or similar third-party payment facilities for Payments on the Website. Use of such third-party services will be governed by their User Agreement, Seller Terms, Conditions, and other rules and policies as may be applicable.
While availing any of the payment method(s) offered by DIVAS POPUP, we are not responsible or take no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you including but not limited to the following: (a) lack of authorization for any transaction(s); (b) or exceeding the present limit mutually agreed by you and between your "Bank(s)"; (c) or any payment issues arising out of the transaction; (d) or decline of transaction for any other reason(s).
